Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your KTC account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure your return is eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method.
